CES Training Week 1 of 19

Here's my training schedule for the upcoming week:

Sunday:
Rest/stretch

Monday:
Run - 40 minutes - stretch

Tuesday:
Cross-train - 30-40 minutes - stretch

Wednesday:
Group run - 40 minutes - stretch

Thursday:
Cross-train - 30-40 minutes - stretch

Friday:
Rest/stretch

Saturday:
Group run - 5 miles - stretch


I get the feeling stretching is important. ;)
